(a) An employee of the State Fire Marshal's Office is entitled to extra pay, known as hazardous duty pay, if the employee works as a member of a bomb squad or as an explosives technician. (b) Hazardous duty pay under this section shall be set by the Secretary in an amount not to exceed $150 a month.
