Section 9-103 - Employee Benefits While on Leave With Pay

While using leave with pay under this title, an employee: (1) does not lose any health insurance benefits with the subsidy allowed in Title 2, Subtitle 5 of this article solely because of use of the paid leave; (2) continues seniority and leave accruals based on the employee's regular hours; and (3) except as provided in § 9-704 of this title, is entitled to pay for the leave at the employee's regular hourly rate for the hours of leave.
