Section 22-212 - Transfer of Membership

On or after January 1, 2005, an individual who is a member of the Employees’ Retirement System or the Teachers’ Retirement System may not transfer membership to the: (1) Employees’ Pension System, if the individual is a member of the Employees’ Retirement System; or (2) Teachers’ Pension System, if the individual is a member of the Teachers’ Retirement System.
