Section 2-201 - Powers and Duties of the Director

(a) The Director is responsible for the operation of the Department. (b) (1) The Director shall administer and enforce: (i) the provisions of this article; and (ii) any other provision of law that is assigned to the Director or the Department for administration or enforcement. (2) The Director may exercise any right or power that is conferred on the Director or the Department.
