§ 12-112-1

(a) (1) On request, but not less than annually, the Administration shall provide to the jury commissioners: (i) The list of individuals who are at least 18 years old and have been issued a driver’s license by the Administration; and (ii) The list of individuals who are at least 18 years old and have been issued an identification card by the Administration. (2) The Administration shall provide the lists described in this subsection without cost to the jury commissioners. (b) On application by the Attorney General, a circuit court may compel compliance with this section.
