Section 13-105 - Examination of Records

On receiving an application for a certificate of title, the Administration shall check the vehicle identification number shown in the application for the vehicle: (1) Against the records of vehicles required to be kept by § 13-106 of this subtitle; and (2) Against the records of stolen vehicles required to be kept by § 14-105 of this article.
