Section 13-209 - Assurance Fund -- Maintenance

(a) The Administration shall maintain an Assurance Fund and deposit in it the filing fees collected under this subtitle. (b) When the Assurance Fund reaches $25,000, any money in excess of that amount shall be transferred to the Transportation Trust Fund.
