§ 13-405-2

(a) On application and payment of the required fee, the Administration may issue an electronic or digital 24–hour registration to allow an owner of a vehicle to operate the vehicle on a highway in the State. (b) An application for a 24–hour registration shall be made on the online form the Administration requires. (c) The fee for a 24–hour registration shall be established by the Administration. (d) (1) A 24–hour registration may be issued only after the vehicle owner has provided to the Administration proof of identity, vehicle identification number, and insurance. (2) The Administration may not issue more than one 24–hour registration for each vehicle sales transaction. (e) The Administration shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.
