Section 13-408 - Administration to Issue Registration Card

When it registers a vehicle, the Administration shall issue and deliver to the owner a registration card that contains: (1) The date issued; (2) The name and Maryland address of the owner; (3) The registration number assigned by the Administration to the vehicle; and (4) Such description of the vehicle as the Administrator determines.
