Section 13-601 - Application by Dealer; Fee

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Administration may design temporary registration plates and furnish them to any licensed dealer who: (1) On the form that the Administration requires, applies for at least five of these plates; and (2) With the application, submits a fee established by the Administration for each plate. (b) A wholesale dealer may not apply for temporary registration plates.
