Section 13-706 - Suspension or Revocation of Special Plates for Interchangeable Registration

After notice and hearing, the Administration may suspend or revoke the special plates for interchangeable registration issued to any person under Subtitle 6, Part III of this title, if the Administration finds that the person: (1) Is not entitled by law to their possession or use; (2) Knowingly has made or permitted any illegal use of them; (3) Has committed fraud in connection with the person’s application for them; or (4) Has failed to give notices of transfers or other information as required by this title.
