Section 13-901 - When and to Whom Fees Payable

The fees specified in this subtitle for the registration of a classified vehicle or for any interchangeable registration shall be paid to the Administration: (1) Before issuance of the registration and any registration plates and registration cards; and (2) Except as otherwise expressly provided, during each registration year before the issuance or renewal of the registration.
