Section 13-906 - Application Requirements Where Fee Based on Gross Weight

An application for the registration of any vehicle for which the registration fee is based on maximum gross weight shall be accompanied by: (1) A certificate that states the empty weight of the vehicle, including its body, cab, and spare tire; (2) A declaration of the load the applicant intends the vehicle to carry; and (3) Any other pertinent information that the Administration requires.
