Section 13-933 - Passenger Buses, Charter or for Hire: Class P (Passenger Bus) Vehicles

(a) When registered with the Administration, every bus operated under charter or for hire is a Class P (passenger bus) vehicle. (b) For each Class P (passenger bus) vehicle, the annual registration fee is based on the seating capacity of the bus, as follows: Seating Capacity Fee 20 or less $ 275.00 21 to 35 525.00 36 or more 875.00
