Section 13-941 - Dealers: Class 1b (Motorcycle Dealer) Plates

(a) Special registration plates issued to a motorcycle dealer under § 13-621 of this title for use only on motorcycles are Class 1B (motorcycle dealer) registration plates. (b) For Class 1B (motorcycle dealer) registration plates, the annual registration fee for each registration plate issued to the applicant shall be established by the Administration. (c) A Class 1B (motorcycle dealer) registration plate may be used only on motorcycles owned or used by the motorcycle dealer and only as permitted by § 13-621 of this title.
