(a) Each license shall state the name of the licensed dealer by whom the licensee is employed, as specified in the application for the license. (b) A licensed vehicle salesman may not act as a vehicle salesman for any person other than the licensed dealer named in the salesman’s license. (c) A licensed vehicle salesman may act as a vehicle salesman for any dealership that is at least 60 percent owned by the licensed dealer named in the salesman’s license.
