Section 2-601 - Definitions

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Director' means the Director of Bicycle and Pedestrian Access. (c) 'Transit facility' has the meaning stated in § 3-101(k) of this article. (d) 'Transportation facility' has the meaning stated in § 3-101(l) of this article.
