Section 4-405 - Informational Signs

(a) For the purpose of providing information to the driving public on the availability of gas, food, lodging, or camping facilities, the Authority may place along interstate highways specific information or business signs as defined in the applicable federal standards. (b) In implementing this program, the Authority shall conform with the provisions of § 8-605(d) of this article, and shall utilize the rules and regulations adopted by the State Highway Administration under that subsection.
