§ 5-202-1

(a) The head of the Administration is the Executive Director. (b) (1) The Executive Director shall report directly to the Commission. (2) Subject to the direction of the Commission and in accordance with other provisions of law, the Executive Director is responsible for: (i) Carrying out the powers and duties vested by law in the Administration; and (ii) Adopting and carrying out regulations. (c) The Executive Director is entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
