Section 5-404 - Establishment and Operation of Airports and Facilities

(a) With the approval of the Secretary, the Administration may establish or operate on behalf of and in the name of this State any airport, airport facility, or air navigation facility within or without this State. (b) These airports and facilities shall be established and operated out of funds available for that purpose under Titles 3 and 4 of this article.
