Section 5-406 - Disposition of Property by Administration

(a) With the approval of the Secretary, the Administration may sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any property that it acquires under this subtitle. (b) The Administration shall dispose of its property in accordance with the laws of this State governing the disposition of State property generally.
