(a) In this section, 'donation box' means a clearly marked receptacle for the charitable donation of money by the public. (b) The Executive Director shall work with House of Ruth Maryland to install secure donation boxes at the entrance to each security screening checkpoint at the Baltimore–Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. (c) The money deposited in the donation boxes required under subsection (b) of this section shall be used only to support House of Ruth Maryland.
