Section 5-427 - Penalties

(a) Any person who violates a parking regulation adopted and posted under § 5-426 of this subtitle is subject to a fine not exceeding $50. A violation of a parking regulation is not a misdemeanor. (b) Any person who violates any other rule or regulation adopted and posted under § 5-426 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
