Section 6-213 - Continuation and Change of Resolutions, Rules, Regulations, Forms, Orders, and Directives; References to Maryland Port Authority

Except as provided in § 3-102 of this article: (1) Every resolution, rule, regulation, form, order, and directive adopted by or relating to the former Maryland Port Authority remains in effect until changed by the Administrator or the Secretary; and (2) Every reference in this Code, any other law, ordinance, resolution, rule, regulation, order, directive, legal action, contract, or any other document to the Maryland Port Authority means the Maryland Port Administration.
