Section 6-407 - Agreements Between Administration and Baltimore City

The Administration and the Board of Estimates of Baltimore City shall provide by agreement for the apportionment between the Administration and Baltimore City of the duties imposed on and performed by Baltimore City under: (1) Article 2 (10) of the Charter of Baltimore City (1964 Revision); (2) Article 2 (28) of the Charter of Baltimore City (1964 Revision); and (3) Sections 321 through 326 and § 641 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition).
