Section 7-202 - Maryland Transit Administrator

(a) The head of the Administration is the Maryland Transit Administrator, who shall be appointed by the Secretary with the approval of the Governor. (b) (1) The Administrator serves at the pleasure of the Secretary and shall report directly to him.
