(a) If property held under one ownership is divided by a freeway, the Administration may provide access across the freeway from one tract to the other and may specify the terms and conditions of that access. (b) If the tracts cease to be held under one ownership, the Administration may terminate the access. (c) Access provided under this section may not be used in connection with any roadside business.
