(a) The Administration shall designate the portion of Maryland Route 24 located between the U.S. Route 1 Bypass and U.S. Route 40 as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway. (b) The Administration shall designate the portion of Maryland Route 157 known as the Peninsula Expressway as the Vietnam Veterans Highway.
