Section 8-717 - Term and Renewal of Permit

(a) Each permit issued under this part expires on the April 30 after its issuance. (b) (1) A permit issued under this part may be renewed annually on application and payment of the required fee. (2) If the renewal fee for a permit is not paid by July 1 of a permit year, the Administration may charge a $5 late fee for the permit. (3) If the renewal fee for a permit is not paid by October 1 of a permit year, the Administration may remove the outdoor sign for which the fee is not paid, as provided in Part VI of this subtitle.
