Section 8-747 - Bond for Nonresident Licensees and Permit Holders

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, before any outdoor advertising license or outdoor sign permit may be issued or renewed under this subtitle to any person who is not a resident of this State, the person shall execute and file with the Administration a bond to this State, with surety approved by the Administration, in the amount of $1,000 and conditioned that the obligor: (1) Will pay to this State all money required to be paid by him under this subtitle; and (2) Will comply with all of the provisions of this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under it.
