§ 25a

As directed by the board, all agents appointed pursuant to section 25 shall be trained in chapters 795 and 797 of the United States Pharmacopeia and the National Formulary as well as additional sterile compounding and non-sterile compounding surveyor courses. This training shall include, but not be limited to, programs offered free of charge by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
