The commission shall incorporate any recommendations of municipalities and regional planning agencies as appropriate, and shall include, as appropriate, consideration of coordination of wastewater management, and shall submit a report of its findings to the clerk of the house of representatives and to the clerk of the senate at the completion of each update of the policy statement.
