There is hereby established the Incubator Program Fund which shall be under the control of the Agency, but shall consist of a separate account or accounts segregated from other Agency funds, to which shall be credited any appropriations made to said Fund, together with such other amounts as may become available from any other source. The Agency may from time to time withdraw from said amounts as may be necessary to defray costs and expenses incurred by the Agency in connection with any project undertaken by the Agency pursuant to this chapter.
