§ 12n

There is hereby established within the department, and under the general supervision and control of the commission, a facility siting division which shall be under the charge of a director appointed by the commission. This division, subject to such supervision and control, shall perform such functions as the commission may determine in relation to the administration, implementation, and enforcement of sections sixty-nine G through sixty-nine S, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and sixty-four imposed upon the department and the energy facilities siting board by said sections.
