Annually, not later than September 30, the department shall compile a summary report of the data in the database and post the report on its website.\nUpon request, the department shall provide the data to a member organization of the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies or a municipality to aid in the deployment of electric vehicles and related infrastructure.
