§ 5

Not less than once annually, on or before a date specified by the department, each city or town with 1 or more approved starter home zoning districts shall submit to the department the following information:\n(1) whether the city or town has repealed or amended, or proposed to amend or repeal, any of the requirements applicable to the starter home zoning district or districts;\n(2) whether there are any pending proposals to construct starter homes within the starter home zoning district or districts; and\n(3) whether any starter homes have been constructed within the starter home zoning district or districts, and if so, whether those projects comply with the zoning requirements applicable to the district or districts.
