A priority development site shall be eligible for the following:—\n(a) priority consideration for community development action grants, and public works economic development grants;\n(b) priority consideration for other state resources such as quasi-public financing and training programs;\n(c) brownfields remediation assistance;\n(d) enhanced marketing by the Massachusetts office of business development, and the Massachusetts alliance for economic development; and\n(e) technical assistance provided by the regional planning council.
