§ 71

The commissioner of revenue is further authorized to negotiate contracts with vendors for particular types of services to be provided and paid for under the terms of said section seventy, and cities and towns may enter into such contracts negotiated by the commissioner with the vendors designated by the commissioner without complying with the provisions of chapter thirty B.
