It shall cause said report to be printed, for the use of the inhabitants, in octavo, pamphlet form, of the size of the annual reports of the department. The superintendent of schools shall transmit two copies thereof to the commissioner on or before April thirtieth, and shall deposit one copy in the office of the town clerk.
