§ 36

In order to provide for the maximum allowable degree of fiscal independence, the budget to be submitted with the estimates required under sections three and four of chapter twenty-nine, and the annual forecasts under section five A of said chapter twenty-nine in so far as they pertain to the medical school shall be submitted by the trustees separate from the estimates and forecasts submitted by the trustees for other parts of the university.
