§ 10

The supreme judicial or superior court or any justice of either court shall, on petition of the department or of any town or person interested, have jurisdiction in equity or otherwise to enforce sections 1 to 9, inclusive, and any rule, regulation or order made thereunder, and to prevent any violation of said sections, rules, regulations or orders.
