The corporation shall operate on the same fiscal year as the commonwealth and shall annually submit a detailed fiscal report of the corporation and the zoos' activities within ninety days after the end of each fiscal year to the commission and to the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate and the house and senate committee on ways and means.
