Whoever violates section 33 or 35 shall be subject to a civil administrative penalty of not more than: (i) $30 for a first violation; (ii) $75 for a second violation; and (iii) $150 for each subsequent violation.\nWhoever violates section 36B or 36C shall be subject to a civil administrative penalty of not more than: (i) $2,000 for a first violation; (ii) $5,000 for a second violation; and (iii) $10,000 for each subsequent violation.
