There shall be credited to the fund any penalties collected for violations of sections 6C to 6I, inclusive, and any income derived from the investment of amounts credited to the fund. Amounts credited to the fund shall be used, subject to appropriation, for the implementation and enforcement of said sections 6C to 6I.
