§ 132

If any provision of sections one hundred and eighteen to one hundred and thirty-one, inclusive, is declared void or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder or the provisions promulgated thereunder and the applicability thereof to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
