The department of public health shall prescribe regulations requiring any pharmaceutical company which sells or delivers in the commonwealth self-administered pregnancy kits to include in the instructional brochures for each such kit language stressing the importance of early prenatal care and appropriate nutrition, in order to encourage pregnant women to seek medical care promptly after self-diagnosis of pregnancy.
