Such information shall be available to the commissioner upon his request.\nThe commissioner or any authorized agent or employee shall, after proper identification, be permitted to enter, at any reasonable time, any premises wherein vending machines are operated, or any commissary servicing such machines for the purpose of inspecting the same. The licensee shall at the request of the commissioner make provision for the commissioner or any authorized agent or employee to have access, either in company with an employee of the operator or otherwise, to the interior of any vending machine operated by him.
