Whoever violates any provision of sections sixty-six to seventy-two, inclusive, and ninety-two, shall for the first offence be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, and for a subsequent offence by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one month, or both.
