Provision of professional services\nA person engaged in a profession or occupation subject to licensure shall not be subject to disciplinary action by a professional licensing board solely for providing professional services to prospective or licensed marijuana establishments related to activity under this chapter that is not subject to criminal penalty under the laws of the commonwealth.
