§ 164

The supreme judicial or superior court, upon the application of the department or of any party interested, may enforce the orders, rules and regulations of said department, and restrain the use or occupation of the premises or such portion thereof as said department may specify on which the material is deposited or kept, or such other cause of pollution exists, until the orders, rules and regulations of the department have been complied with.
